1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and okfun.ph ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"). 3.2 Withdrawals

3.3 Fees and Charges

okfun.ph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on okfun.ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider will convert the amount to PHP, and you may be subject to currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.

10. Indemnification

11. Account Suspension and Termination

You may close your okfun.ph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to verification and compliance with these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11.2 Termination by okfun.ph

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, or if we determine that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform or other users.

In the event of termination for cause (such as fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms), we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. In the event of termination without cause, we will return any remaining balance to you via your registered payment method.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account or any transaction on okfun.ph, you should first contact our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly.

If your complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Philippines.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on the okfun.ph platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and okfun.ph with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
